Fitness

I’ve been growing more and more concerned about my fitness :(.. I’m not as slim as I was before, and although I’ve got actually decent muscle, I need to get rid of fat and skin that I don’t need.. that I never got rid of from before when I was fat.. :).

SO.. starting from the 1st of whatever month it is next, I’m gonna be going on regular runs, and doing crunches and push ups as Tim instructed me to do.. I’m just gonna have to force myself to actually do it.. I’m too lazy. >_<
