Fitness update!

I’m just updating on my fitness thing I posted about a week or two ago.

My main form of the exersize is crunches before I go to bed, I do them untill it starts to hurt so much I need to lie still, which is awesome cause it shows its doing something :P.. I can already see some results, and I’ve got some new types of crunches and such that will work different areas.. so YAY for me possibly getting a six pack (lol, it’d be awesome..(((I’d finally not complain about being slightly fat :) )))

I’m also going to go running with andrew for a bit tonight. I ran today for a bit too in town and then cycled home. So I’ve had a pretty healthy day.

On another note.. *thinks about something to say*…..

OH, I’m mightly pissed off with my xbox for losing 600 gamerscore.

Okay, thats it.

OOOHH!.. I REALLY need a fucking job. >_<.

okay.. I’m done. Off to go running.
